About the Role:

The Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis strategies across the organization. This includes forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for all divisions, including Oncology, Urology, Data Solutions, RCM, and Corporate Opex.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies across the organization
  • Forecast and budget for all divisions, including Oncology, Urology, Data Solutions, RCM, and Corporate Opex
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Supervise and develop a team of 2-4 FP&A professionals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, including management of a team
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with financial systems, including Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
