About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Liaison/Coordinator to join our team at Nightwing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the timely and successful completion of all tasks and deliverables related to the relocation of program functions from current facilities into new facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Customer coordination throughout the new facility design and build and project relocation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery throughout the relocation process.
  • Engage strategically with senior personnel in relation to design plans, move strategies, and best practices.
  • Establish relocation requirements and perform all planning, coordinating, and execution management for move activities to ensure successful completion while minimizing mission support impact.

Requirements:

  • Five years or more of experience implementing project management principles and practices on significantly large and complete projects.
  • Five years or more of experience in program management supporting IC contracts at the TS/SCI level.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, other STEM-related technical degree, or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Overall 10 years of experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of creating and managing long-term project plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience interacting with the Customer's mission partners, project teams, and third-party contractors.
  • Ability to initiate and lead significant change in support of Customer strategies.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is $118,000 USD - $246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
