About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Liaison/Coordinator to join our team at Nightwing. As a key member of our cybersecurity and intelligence team, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and directing the relocation of program functions from current facilities into new facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the timely and successful completion of all tasks and deliverables related to the relocation process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer coordination throughout the new facility design and build and project relocation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery throughout the relocation process.
  • Engage strategically with senior personnel in relation to design plans, move strategies, and best practices.
  • Establish relocation requirements and perform all planning, coordinating, and execution management for move activities to ensure successful completion while minimizing mission support impact.
Requirements
  • Five years or more of experience implementing project management principles and practices on significantly large and complete projects.
  • Five years or more of experience in program management supporting IC contracts at the TS/SCI level.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, other STEM-related technical degree, or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Overall 10 years of experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of creating and managing long-term project plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience interacting with the customer's mission partners, project teams, and third-party contractors.
  • Ability to initiate and lead significant change in support of customer strategies.

  • A competitive salary range of $118,000 - $246,000.
