About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Liaison to join our team at Nightwing. As a key member of our supply chain management organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and coordinate program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure equipment purchased meets customer requirements, including compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform a wide range of tasks related to the acquisition of materials, merchandise, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and services as liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and customer management.
  • Confirm material supply and demands and prepare purchase requests for the purchase of components or parts based on approved material tasks.
  • Status work in progress, material availability, and potential delivery problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Must be able to obtain DHS suitability
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain professional experience
  • Experience working in supply chains systems (PRISM, ISAMS, etc.)
  • Experience or familiarity with the following: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
  • Experience and/or familiarity with associated government regulations
  • Works independently on a multitude of assigned tasks
  • Experience with Bill Of Materials, Supply Chain PROCESSES, or IT Equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working in Excel. Microsoft Office proficient
  • Strong team player
Desired Skills
  • Experience with associated government regulations required
  • Experience with programs of similar scope and size is desired
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is required or a total of 9 years of related experience may be substituted for a degree.
