Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be integral in facilitating the smooth execution of projects by providing essential administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively, manage various tasks, and maintain clear communication among project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are updated.
  • Enhance communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning and allocation for projects.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to team members.
  • Work with project teams to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring project expenses and maintaining budget records.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up items.
  • Support the identification and management of project risks.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.


Work Experience:
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
