Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing essential administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate effectively, manage various tasks simultaneously, and maintain clear communication among project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of project documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all key stakeholders are informed.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning and allocation for various projects.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and progress to team members.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in monitoring project expenses and maintaining budget records.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Support the identification and management of project risks.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.


Work Experience:
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
