Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our team at Care Alliance. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical first contact between patients and our healthcare team, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Process medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff in English and Spanish.
  • Modify clinical staff schedules as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing excellent organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in patient services or medical records.
  • Proficiency in using EPIC electronic medical records system.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and converse in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
