Job Summary

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase penetration rates and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide direct assistance to residents, ensuring solutions and installation follow up.
  • Represent Chipr Home Solutions as a brand ambassador at property events and engage in field activities to boost market presence.
  • Leverage the company referral program to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Track sales performance and market trends, optimizing strategies based on data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation for regular property visits.
  • Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of multi-dwelling units is a plus.
