Job Summary

Harc Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Residential Supports to oversee and supervise residents and staff in our Residential Supports Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of individualized plans and providing coordination of residential support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support residents and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality residential support services.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Coordinate residential support services with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Harc Inc policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the quality of residential support services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as special education or social work.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Proven experience in supervisory or management roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a residential setting.
  • Knowledge of positive behavioral supports and reinforcement programs.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
