Position Summary

The One 23 Group is seeking a Project Manager (IT) – Mid-Level to join our team. This role requires a professional who can evaluate project performance across the organization and provide comprehensive recommendations to the Government.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess project performance and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver expertise in planning, managing, and executing programs and projects.
  • Provide advanced insights into program challenges, execution risks, and necessary corrective measures.
  • Draft, review, and publish program reports in compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.
  • Engage in program management and business management reviews, providing constructive feedback.
  • Support programmatic initiatives in collaboration with development contractors.
  • Review and enhance management and governance policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Design and implement tailored contract oversight and scope verification activities aligned with Intelligence Community policies.
  • Evaluate working documentation and participate in planning activities with Mission Partners and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Develop and maintain project business plans, advocacy briefings, and schedules in accordance with agency policies.
  • Coordinate Project Plans and project approval documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
