Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually plus performance bonuses.

PrideStaff is a family-owned General Contracting Firm located in Northern Virginia. Our team of Superintendents brings over 25 years of experience, playing a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring all activities align with project timelines.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and landlord contacts.
  • Maintain comprehensive daily logs and collaborate with the project manager to prepare weekly reports for the client team, including architects and engineers.
  • Work closely with the design team to address and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring adherence to the project schedule.
  • Monitor project budgets and promptly escalate any financial concerns to management for resolution.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all jurisdictional requirements.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with significant experience in commercial and retail construction. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A High School Diploma.
  • A solid understanding of commercial construction practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to learn and apply new skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client focus.
