Role Summary
The Director of Student Recruitment will lead strategic initiatives aimed at attracting prospective students and their families. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Enrollment, Marketing, and School Operations, to ensure effective recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a results-oriented mindset, extensive recruitment experience, and a comprehensive understanding of the K-12 educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement a robust recruitment strategy that aligns with the school's mission and enrollment objectives.
  • Event Coordination: Organize recruitment events such as school fairs, open houses, and community outreach programs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate partnerships with feeder schools and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Community Engagement: Engage in grassroots outreach initiatives to raise awareness and promote the school within the community.
  • Resource Management: Ensure the recruitment team has the necessary materials and resources for effective outreach.

Team Leadership:
Develop and manage a high-performing recruitment team that fosters an inclusive culture and encourages individual strengths. Provide ongoing feedback and support to team members to enhance their professional growth.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and prepare reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on detail and timely execution.
  • Proven analytical skills with a track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enrollment management or admissions leadership.

Work Environment
This position is typically office-based, requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary. The role may involve travel to various locations as part of recruitment efforts.
