Corporate Paralegal Opportunity

The PeterSan Group and PeterSan Legal Staffing are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to support their premier insurance services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare corporate governance documents and board materials, including written consents and organizational documents.
  • Oversight of entity management, including minute books and resolutions, preparation and filing of required state filings, and tracking and management of filing costs.
  • Management of the formation, dissolution, and maintenance of entities and responsibility for compliance with state specific organizational document requirements.
  • Collaboration with tax and treasury personnel and first level of response to questions and requests from key stakeholders across the company.
  • Participation in due diligence and integration planning of acquired companies.
  • Management of collateral documents for credit facilities.
  • Responses to KYC requests and other requests for information.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate governance.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
