Position OverviewState Farm Insurance Agent located in Denver, CO is seeking a motivated professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jesus Cruz - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

The selected candidate will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Additionally, they will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Key responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Benefits of this role include hourly pay plus commission/bonus, profit sharing, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the agency. Successful candidates will have sales experience, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing. A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is also preferred.

A bilingual individual who is enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams is ideal for this position. Self-motivation and attention to detail are essential skills required for this role. The ability to make presentations to potential customers is also necessary. Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license must be obtainable. Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
