As a Lead Architectural Project Manager at SourceOwls, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering design initiatives, championing architectural excellence across a diverse range of projects.

This position integrates design leadership, technical oversight, client interaction, and project administration, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our stringent standards for aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Drive creative design initiatives, ensuring a harmonious balance between aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
  • Technical Oversight: Employ BIM and other advanced technologies for the seamless integration of building systems, enhancing design accuracy.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are effectively incorporated into the design.
  • Project Administration: Manage all facets of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols to uphold high standards in design and construction.
  • Team Development: Encourage professional growth within the team by sharing expertise and insights.
  • Innovation and Research: Remain informed about industry trends, particularly in sustainability, to spearhead advancements in design methodologies.
  • Sustainability Promotion: Advocate for sustainable design practices, aiming for relevant environmental certifications when feasible.
Required Skills

  • Expertise in REVIT along with proficiency in Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Enscape.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations.
  • Outstanding design capabilities with the proficiency to articulate complex proposals clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect with over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent professional background.
  • A passionate, inquisitive, and proactive individual, eager to engage in both teaching and learning.
