Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developing and coordinating sophisticated, efficient, and innovative architectural designs
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless project execution, both technically and administratively
  • Producing and coordinating detailed working drawings
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of design and construction processes
  • Establishing a solid foundation for project organization and initiation
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of project deliverables, design documents, and bidding packages
  • Assisting in the review and management of all Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, Shop Drawings, and related consultant evaluations
  • Facilitating internal and external project communications as required
  • Meeting project deadlines and actively participating in design team discussions
  • Coordinating with consultants throughout each project phase and communicating updates
  • Collaborating with architectural and administrative team members within the organization
  • Applying knowledge of current building, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional code requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Licensure is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution (or equivalent professional experience)
