The Senior Project Architect plays a crucial role in generating high-quality construction documents that adhere to PBK standards.

This position involves active participation in all project phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.

The Senior Project Architect will report directly to the Project Manager and oversee the performance of the production team.

Collaboration with the Project Manager is essential to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, all while upholding PBK's quality and client service standards.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the creation of construction documents and specifications in alignment with PBK standards.
  • Organize and guide architectural and engineering teams to execute tasks efficiently and cohesively.
  • Ensure projects meet established budgetary and scheduling goals set by clients.
  • Coordinate with governmental bodies and utility providers to address plan review and approval challenges.
  • Possess a strong understanding of building codes to ensure compliance throughout the project.
  • Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff, overseeing their assignments and professional development.
  • Assist the Project Manager, Production Director, and/or Client Executive in supervising project personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project budgets, task schedules, and other essential components of the work plan.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Architect license.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
  • Architecture License is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience of 5+ years in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
