Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and coordinate innovative and efficient architectural designs
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project tasks are completed successfully
  • Produce and coordinate detailed working drawings
  • Maintain comprehensive records of design and construction documentation
  • Establish a solid foundation for project organization and initiation
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of project deliverables and design documents
  • Assist in managing Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, and related documentation
  • Facilitate internal and external project communications as needed
  • Meet project deadlines and participate in design team discussions
  • Coordinate with consultants throughout each project phase and communicate updates
  • Work collaboratively with architectural and administrative teams
  • Apply knowledge of current building codes, zoning laws, and fire safety regulations

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Licensure is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
