The Collections Specialist is a key role at Forms and Supply Inc., responsible for collecting outstanding accounts receivable dollars from our existing client base. This position requires a professional and customer-focused approach to resolve billing problems and reduce accounts receivable delinquency.

This role reports to the Controller and involves making outbound collection calls and email communications to customers. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison to resolve customer billing and collection issues, collaborating with various teams to resolve outstanding invoice matters and obtaining relevant documents required by customers for payment.

The Collections Specialist will ensure optimal collection of overdue balances by escalating concerns to management and sales teams regarding customers who are not paying or communicating. This role also involves reviewing and monitoring assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports, as well as answering the AR customer service phone line.

Required skills and qualifications include excellent customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's degree or two years of related experience preferred.
