Executive Assistant, Institutional Advancement

Position Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, Institutional Advancement, you will provide administrative support to the Vice President, managing calendars, coordinating team meetings, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be well-organized, flexible, and able to handle changes to schedule and priorities with ease and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate team meetings, and interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Track project timelines, coordinate departmental meetings, and manage facility support and procurement functions
  • Handle department reimbursement requests and credit card reconciliation
  • Utilize the CRM and other systems to enter contact reports, pull donor information, and gather information for senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 2-3 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive and committee meetings
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Salary Range: $65,000 - $65,000
