Advanced Practice Clinician

At Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, we are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team of dedicated healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical examinations and assessments for patients seeking sexual and reproductive health care services, including diagnosing medical conditions and providing therapeutic assistance.
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients, and make referrals to medical and community resources as needed.
Requirements:
Graduation from a formal and accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse Midwife Program; State license as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Midwife or Nurse Practitioner and certification by a national credentialing body; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and EMR system.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish; 1+ year(s) work as a Clinician; Experience with EPIC; Masters Degree in related health field; Experience working with LGBTQ+ populations and people newly diagnosed or living with HIV.
