We are seeking a Social Media Partnerships Manager for one of our esteemed agency clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and assess extensive social media partnership strategies.
  • Identify, research, and engage with suitable social media influencers to authentically promote our clients to both new and existing audiences.
  • Assist client projects through comprehensive measurement and analysis of campaign effectiveness.
  • Research and propose relevant, brand-aligned influencers, ensuring all collaborations resonate with the client's brand identity and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with influencer representatives and managers.
  • Foster and manage influencer connections to effectively execute campaigns and address any challenges that arise.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships through transparent communication, trust-building, and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to design engaging pitch presentations and campaign documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media partnerships.
  • Experience in a social media marketing agency is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with frequent client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Keynote, and Word.
  • Familiarity with influencer management tools is a plus.
