Facilities Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing essential administrative assistance in lease management and facility maintenance operations. The individual will oversee the evaluation and approval processes related to maintenance concerns, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.

Compensation Range: $19.61+ per hour

Salary considerations are based on various factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Market conditions and organizational factors are also taken into account. Successful candidates may qualify for annual performance-based bonuses.

  • Manages lease obligations for Patient Service Centers (PCS), Stat Labs, and Logistics Hubs, ensuring compliance with all lease agreements.
  • Assesses potential new locations identified by the Sales team or external real estate brokers.
  • Negotiates lease terms with prospective landlords under the guidance of Corporate Legal.
  • Facilitates the opening of new locations and relocations, including construction and fit-out processes.
  • Coordinates maintenance requests and vendor contracts across all facilities.
  • Conducts periodic visits to assess existing sites for property condition and landlord compliance, including reviewing landlord accounts payable.
  • Maintains a comprehensive database of lease details, including expiration dates, terms, and conditions.
  • Provides administrative support to the Regional Facilities Management Team.
  • Coordinates and completes necessary documentation for Capital Expenditure approvals.
  • Processes documentation for tenant improvement reimbursements and security deposit refunds.
  • Oversees the connection and disconnection of utility services.
  • Coordinates requirements for lease terminations and facility closures.
  • Maintains business licenses for facilities, including renewals, new locations, and relocations.
  • Manages requirements for business associate agreements.

Qualifications

Required Work Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Knowledge:
Understanding of property condition and landlord compliance.

Skills:
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Excellent coordination skills
- Effective communication skills

Education:
Associate's Degree
