Job Title: Business Development Manager III

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager III to join our team at Hanger Clinic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, institutions, and allied health professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic alliances with hospitals and IDNs
  • Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs to improve contracting efforts with local and regional payers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive business growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
