About the Role:

The Business Analyst (Cloud / Data) will:
Assess and optimize existing processes to develop new business flows and leverage GCP capabilities of Software-As-A-Service (SAAS)
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Functional Unit Owners to document gap analysis and identify technology requirements
Apply business process re-engineering methodologies for systems modernization and develop new standard operating procedures documentation
Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and new operating models to the Data Engineering team
Develop methodologies to measure process performance against established metrics and work with business users to analyze processes and system issues
Collaborate with project teams and business partners during project planning, incremental software delivery reviews, and User Acceptance testing

Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in Systems Analysis, Data Analysis & Design with a proven record of successful large-scale project implementations
Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology, including eliciting/documenting user stories/acceptance criteria, backlog management, and Sprint reviews
Experience in Data Modeling, Process Re-engineering, and Information Security Awareness

Desired Skills:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
Experience with enterprise Business-to-Business durableable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing
Experience in Jira and Google Cloud technology
