Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will analyze and solve problems to help meet organizational objectives, acting as a liaison with multiple functions and operations to assess areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional teams to gather and analyze business process/data to identify needs and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with minimum of 3 years relevant experience or relevant work experience.
  • Experience should include work as a business analyst with one or more functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of business applications such as SAP, other ERP systems, or other contemporary technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or DevOps methodologies a plus.
