About the Role:

The Business Analyst (Cloud / Data) will:
Develop and implement process improvements to leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) capabilities
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Functional Unit Owners to document gap analysis and requirements
Apply business process re-engineering methodologies for systems modernization
Design and implement new standard operating procedures documentation and a handbook for Data Lake
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Measure process performance against established metrics
Work with business users to analyze processes and system issues
Collaborate with project teams and business partners during project planning and incremental software delivery reviews

Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in Systems Analysis, Data Analysis & Design with successful large-scale project implementations
Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience in Data Modeling, Process Re-engineering, and Information Security Awareness
Solid understanding of Web Applications

Desired Skills:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
Experience with enterprise Business-to-Business durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing
Experience in Jira and Google Cloud technology
