Job Opportunity

Gray Hawk Land Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of a right-of-way project, from line list development to construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and current information on the overall status of the project.
  • Process and manage right-of-way documents, including land acquisition easements, temporary workspace documents, and damages and compensation documents.
  • Maintain hard files and digital records of easements, lease documents, real estate deeds, and other relevant documents.
  • Create system line lists and conduct in-house ROW and title searches as requested.
  • Scan documents into client systems and add metadata as needed.
  • Review and understand land acquisition agreements and provide recommendations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software, including MS Excel and MS Word, and have an excellent understanding of database entry.
  • Learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience with Quorum, ThoughtTrace, and GIS is preferred.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience preparing and processing ROW acquisition easement documents on ROW projects.
