Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional oral communication to tax practitioners, resolving complex tax issues and answering questions.
  • Conduct research on tax problems using various legal resources and make appropriate corrections if necessary.
  • Apply principles from training and procedures to provide "Best in Class" service to our customers.
  • Understand various taxpayer accounting and auditing systems.
  • Apply and understand ethics and confidentiality laws.
Requirements
  • Experience in accounting, tax collection, finance, or customer service.
  • Ability to discuss and settle technical tax matters tactfully and responsively with taxpayers and tax practitioners using customer service skills for problem resolution.
  • Ability to conduct research on tax problems using various legal resources and make appropriate corrections if necessary.
  • Ability to apply principles from training and procedures to provide "Best in Class" service to our customers.
