Are you passionate about ensuring banks meet community development needs? We're looking for a Compliance Officer - CRA Expert to join our team at Sunflower Bank, N.A. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the bank's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) by proactively understanding emerging risks and adapting program components to address gaps.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business lines and risk management teams, providing guidance on CRA-related matters. Key responsibilities include setting annual goals, completing routine reporting, monitoring lending and investment activity, and confirming HMDA and CRA LAR data integrity.

We offer a salary range of $160,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 6% match, health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, paid time off, volunteer leave, and paid holidays.
