Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and adjust pellet mills to achieve optimal production and quality.
  • Perform quality control testing of finished pellets to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the production process to identify and address any issues or problems.
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs of equipment, including roll changes and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-temperature and humid environment.
