Position Overview:

Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a dedicated Sales & Events Lead Specialist to oversee the management of incoming sales and event inquiries. This role is essential in driving lead generation for our esteemed hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

As a fully remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of a cohesive team that values collaboration and support. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Analyzing and retrieving incoming inquiries from various electronic and direct lead sources.
2. Conducting initial qualification of leads to determine the best course of action, including routing to the appropriate sales manager or suggesting alternative locations.
3. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the assigned hotel Sales System and understanding seasonal demand trends.
4. Keeping up-to-date with market segments relevant to all sales associates.
5. Assigning inquiries to the appropriate Enterprise Sales and Marketing Managers or property-level sales team members.
6. Engaging in professional communication with lead generators to gather additional information for accurate lead assignment.
7. Researching availability at other Atrium Hotels for cross-selling opportunities when necessary.
8. Generating reports to monitor response timelines and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
9. Collaborating with Revenue Management leaders to discuss complex leads requiring inventory adjustments.
10. Assisting in maintaining system data integrity and conducting audits as needed.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

- A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, particularly in Front Office, Group Rooms Coordination, Sales, or Revenue Management.
- Strong technical skills in relevant systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
