Position: Sales & Events Lead Specialist

Overview:
Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Sales & Events Lead Specialist to manage incoming sales and event inquiries for our esteemed hotels. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and possess a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and manage incoming inquiries from various lead sources.
2. Qualify leads to determine the best course of action, including routing to the appropriate sales manager or suggesting alternative hotel options.
3. Maintain an understanding of hotel sales systems and seasonal demand patterns.
4. Stay informed about market segments relevant to the sales team.
5. Assign inquiries to the appropriate sales personnel and engage in professional communication for further qualification.
6. Utilize sales systems to research availability and facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
7. Generate reports to monitor lead statuses and ensure timely follow-ups.
8. Collaborate with revenue management to discuss complex leads requiring inventory adjustments.
9. Ensure data integrity within the sales systems through collaboration with corporate systems management.
10. Perform any additional tasks necessary to fulfill the primary objectives of the role.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, particularly in roles such as Front Office, Group Rooms Coordination, Sales, or Revenue Management.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong internet research capabilities.

Personal Attributes:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on customer interaction.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and tact in various situations.
