Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with community organizations to grow our member base.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with organizations in Central California to ensure they see us as a mission-critical partner.
  • Develop and execute a network of high-quality B2B referral channels to achieve member enrollment goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools and processes to effectively manage a pipeline of community partners from unqualified lead to partner.
  • Manage relationships to increase value of priority partners and establish a best-in-class partner management practice.
  • Collaborate with prioritized partners to further unlock member referral growth opportunities and identify opportunities for improved communication and data sharing.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, partnerships, or sales, with a proven track record of communicating a value proposition to customers and partners.
  • Excellent relationship and partnership skills, with the ability to create deep, meaningful relationships both in person and remotely with key partners.
  • Polished external presentation, training, and client-facing skills, with the ability to present to community leaders.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working in the community, as well as presenting to community leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, recruit, develop, retain, and inspire talent.
  • Loves to learn and is able to dive into the world of healthcare, food-is-medicine, non-profit organizations, and Medicaid agencies.

  • Passionate about using food to engage low-income community members to improve their health and overall quality of life.
  • Knowledge of or a passion for solving complex social issues in the healthcare space.
  • Comfortable working with remote-first/distributed teams and willing to support your teammates.
  • Excited about the fast pace of early-stage startups and hungry to learn and improve.
