Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Marketing team in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Assist with project-related tasks, including branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
  3. Prepare and present reports and campaign materials to senior management and lenders.
  4. Handle inbound requests from departments and effectively communicate information and analytical results.
  5. Analyze information, including historical trends and future projections, to determine recommendations for management.
  6. Generate and compile reports and memorandums as needed.
  7. Identify exceptions with Bank policies and procedures and recommend a course of action.
  8. Interpret and apply Bank policies, governmental legislations, accounting theory, and consumer financial regulations.
  9. Assist with special projects in the assigned department as needed.
  10. Become proficient in all aspects of applicable bank systems and software to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, with 1-2 years of prior experience and/or training in business-related fields.
  2. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  3. Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
  4. Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
  5. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  6. High-level problem-solving skills, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Ability to multitask, work on multiple requests simultaneously, and manage work schedules and workflows to meet deadlines.
  8. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and following through on corrections.
  9. Highly competent in computer operation, Microsoft Office, and financial software programs.
  10. Advanced math skills, including calculating interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  11. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  12. Willingness to learn applicable Bank products and services.
  13. Ability to deal with problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
  14. Valid, current Driver's License and vehicle insurance coverage, if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties.
