Job Description

Brevard Health Alliance Inc, a leading Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team in Brevard County. As a key member of our primary care medical home team, you will play a vital role in improving care delivery and ensuring evidence-based practice for diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and clinical expertise to improve care delivery and ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Supervise and administer nursing care delivery, quality assurance, staff education, and process improvement.
  • Oversee clinical operations and compliance, including performing audits to mitigate risk and ensure 340B compliance.
  • Collaborate with the RN Clinical Specialist to oversee Vaccines for Children Program, Vaccine for Adult Program, and private vaccine management.
  • Monitor Aledade and Azara and provide ongoing education/support to encourage continuous quality improvement.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in collaboration with Providers and business staff.
  • Work closely with managers and administration to best utilize and share staff in times of need.
  • Provide feedback and clinical insight to managers to assist in completing performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
  • Current Florida/compact Nursing License (RN).
  • Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience.
  • Two (2) years recent experience in an outpatient/ambulatory care setting preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
