Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Aspire Behavioral Care. As a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and their families, by coordinating and delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive assessment and treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Program Development and Supervision: Create and implement ABA programs, and provide supervision to ABA therapists to ensure high-quality services.
  • Parent Training and Collaboration: Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to enhance their ability to implement ABA strategies and techniques.
  • Data Analysis and Review: Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and mentor BCBA students, and provide leadership and guidance to the ABA team.
  • Billable Expectations: Meet or exceed billable expectations to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field: Possess a master's degree in ABA or a related field, such as psychology or education.
  • BCBA Certification: Hold current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and teams.
  • Knowledge of BACB Ethics and Policies: Possess a strong understanding of BACB ethics and policies, and the ability to apply them in a clinical setting.
  • Basic Computer Application Knowledge: Have basic computer application knowledge, including proficiency in software applications such as Central Reach.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time (30 minutes or more), and assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 1/3 of working time.
