**Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Bradley Hospital. As a Child Development Specialist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral development.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to continuously improve patient outcomes.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong background and experience working with students with various emotional and behavioral disorders.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $105,000 per year
