Job Overview

FAMILY BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated Home-Based ABA Paraprofessional to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the comfort of clients' homes, working closely with families and our experienced Clinical Supervisors.

Schedule:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9am to 2pm

About the Role:

This position requires a highly motivated and compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with children and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized ABA services, including 1:1 and small group sessions, as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Student Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and rapport with clients and colleagues at all times
  • Provide direct support and supervision during home-based services
  • Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Assist with daily living activities and model social and play skills
  • Collect data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with parents, Clinical Supervisors, and other professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families in a home setting
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various client locations
  • RBT Certification or willingness to obtain certification

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Social Work is highly desirable but not essential. What matters most is your ability to provide top-notch care and support to our clients and their families.

Compensation:
