Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain overall strategies, priorities, and direction in collaboration with Corps Officers and other leadership team members.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including team schedules, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Address routine matters, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to Corps Officers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, working with Directors and Managers to implement measures that drive program, staffing, and budget success.
  • Provide leadership and oversight in risk management, emergency procedures, and TSA policies and procedures.
  • Conduct facility inspections, prioritize repairs, and coordinate capital improvement projects with Divisional Headquarters.
  • Support Officers in establishing goals, developing policies, and creating programs that advance the mission of TSA.
  • Develop and evaluate staff policies and procedures, maintaining the center's operations manual in collaboration with HR and other relevant departments.
  • Represent the North Corps in community groups and public forums, as directed by Corps Officers.
  • Coordinate center-wide events to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Build community partnerships, maintain contact with donors and external groups, and support fundraising efforts.
  • Lead staff meetings, management team meetings, and committee meetings, ensuring effective communication and desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or equivalent, with at least 5 years of related experience in organizational management and leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and program staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to access website for timekeeping and pay purposes.
  • English proficiency required; Spanish language skill helpful.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries, handle confidential matters, and demonstrate strong independent judgment.
Working Conditions

The majority of the workday will be in a mixed environment, including offices, service counters, and program spaces. Some areas may be humid or moderately loud.
