Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Manage and oversee the credit management team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective credit risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective credit risk management.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure accurate credit decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years related business credit experience.

  • Previous SAP knowledge strongly preferred, not required.
  • Understanding of UCC lien filings.
  • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and present effective alternatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative global environment.
  • Highly effective communication skills both written and oral up and down the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through with defined tasks with strong attention to detail.
