About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Release Manager to join our team at WaferWire Cloud Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our healthcare data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release Management Lifecycle Oversight: Lead and manage the entire release management lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and controlling software builds through different stages and environments.
  • Launch Readiness and Compliance: Coordinate with various teams to ensure launch readiness and compliance activities are tracked and completed.
  • Process Documentation and Automation: Document and automate team processes in the Healthcare Data Platform SharePoint, including employee onboarding, customer support, and document management.
  • Release Readiness and ADO Management: Connect release readiness items from Azure DevOps (ADO) and manage ADO dashboards, queries, and cross-team bug bashes.
  • User Access and Integration: Troubleshoot user access issues and integrate updates made by Azure WoW.
  • Release Readiness Reviews: Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
  • Script Development and Automation: Develop scripts and automation tools to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms.
  • Release Repository Management: Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in release management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience with ADO Admin & Automation.
  • Proven ability to document and automate processes in SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in healthcare data management and familiarity with FHIR is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tracks of work and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
