- Develop systematic processes for engaging resources and educate others on subject matter.
- Manage resource allocation process to ensure compliance with business needs and guidelines.
- Track and analyze data to find efficiencies and inform stakeholders.
- Evaluate and analyze content and business scenarios and develop plans to support business initiatives.
- Minimum of 8 years of management, business, personnel, production, logistical, and/or operations experience in a large market or at the network level.
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills, including ability to provide feedback and guide others.
- Advanced organizational skills, including budgeting time and prioritizing workload.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise communication and ability to manage high-volume email and phone traffic.
- Ability to take initiative and perform independently with minimal guidance from management.
- Knowledgeable about the sports content landscape and extensive knowledge of production of studio shows, remote events, digital, and/or packaged content.
- Advanced understanding of reporting and analytics of resources and data, including ability to identify and communicate complex trends and metrics.
- Advanced analytical and technical critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience from Vocational School, or in Production, Journalism, Business, or related field.
