Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contents Crew Member to join our team at Rainbow International Restoration. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a critical role in restoring customers' properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials, packing supplies, equipment, and customer belongings onto or from trucks, vaults, and racks.
  • Clean and deodorize contents using prescribed products, methods, and equipment.
  • Pack customers' belongings into boxes as needed for safe transport or manipulation.
  • Wrap customers' belongings in furniture pads, paper pads, or foam pads as needed for safe transport.
  • Operate all tools and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
  • Act in a professional and courteous manner in all work environments.
  • Clean around all work areas and maintain a clean work station.
  • Dispose of all cleaning debris in a safe manner.
  • Inspect company vehicles prior to use and report any damage or safety concerns to a supervisor.
  • Report any damage or malfunction of equipment and/or company property to a supervisor.
  • Follow prescribed inventory and tracking procedures.
  • Respect and handle customers' belongings in a professional manner.

  • Appearance/Punctuality: Maintain a clean, well-groomed personal appearance and arrive on time for work assignments.
  • Dependability: Show up on time for all work assignments and follow instructions/directions given by the Project Manager.
  • Judgment: Display a willingness to make decisions and support and explain reasoning for decisions.
  • Planning/Organizing: Prioritize and plan work activities to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness on the job and monitor own work to ensure quality.
  • Quantity: Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Safety and Security: Observe safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
