We are in search of a dependable and empathetic Patient Access Representative to become a part of our vibrant team at Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with Hospital policies and protocols.
  • Greet and assist visitors, manage lobby supplies, and relay messages effectively.
  • Oversee insurance documentation, patient forms, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare patient charts and accurately input data into the system.
  • Supervise part-time staff and manage daily operations.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and provide necessary assistance.
  • Engage in professional development activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Keep management updated on daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in administrative, admissions, or insurance roles.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position with rotating holiday shifts.
