We are in search of a dependable and empathetic Patient Access Representative to become an integral part of our vibrant team at Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance with Hospital policies and procedures.
- Greet and assist visitors, manage lobby supplies, and relay messages effectively.
- Handle insurance documentation, patient forms, and financial transactions.
- Prepare patient charts and accurately enter data into the system.
- Supervise part-time staff and oversee daily operations.
- Professionally manage incoming calls and provide necessary assistance.
- Engage in professional development activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Keep management updated on daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in administrative, admissions, or insurance roles.
This is a full-time position with rotating holiday shifts.
