Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Development Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs that focus on brain, physical, and character development. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our young participants reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging programs for children aged 15 months to 11 years, focusing on brain, physical, and character development.
  • Develop and implement monthly curriculum that aligns with our organization's mission and values.
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of our coaching staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure excellence in program delivery.
  • Collaborate with our management team to set schedules for the coaching staff and ensure seamless program execution.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing them with insights into the benefits and value of our programs.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our organization by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
  • Previous experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a coaching context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire children and adults alike.
  • CPR certification and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our participants.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
