Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to youth, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist with daily routines, including school attendance, meals, hygiene, and recreational activities.
- Implement behavior management strategies and promote positive social interactions, coping skills, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Document resident behavior, progress, and incidents, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Facilitate recreational activities and accompany youth on outings, while supporting them during crises and assisting with de-escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and other team members to implement treatment plans and maintain a clean and organized facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or relevant certification preferred.

- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and pass a background check.
