Join Our Team as a KidStrong CoachWe're seeking a passionate and experienced coach to lead our kids' development programs. As a KidStrong Coach, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth in children aged 15 months to 11 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement monthly curriculum for kids' development programs
- Lead classes and activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about program benefits and progress
- Assess and evaluate coaches' performances and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to set schedules and ensure program success
- Passion for working with children and families
- Previous experience in coaching, teaching, or a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
