We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team at KidStrong Nebraska. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our science-based curriculum to children aged 15mo-8 years old, focusing on brain, physical, and character development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-energy coaching sessions to children, promoting physical and mental growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing education on our curriculum and its benefits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and engaging experience for children and parents.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Experience coaching children in a similar age group.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certification.
